Delegates from all 50 states and U.S. territories will gather in Chicago to nominate the Democratic presidential candidate for the 2024 election. The convention will also feature a series of speeches and presentations by party leaders and guests.
The DNC is a series of presidential nominating conventions held every four years since 1832 by the United States Democratic Party. The convention is responsible for selecting the party's presidential and vice presidential nominees, as well as adopting the party's platform.
